Software should earn its place in your day
Walk into almost any school office, clinic or shop in India and you will see the same scene: a register, a calculator, a phone that keeps ringing, and someone holding it all together from memory. These are capable people. Their tools simply never caught up with them.
That is why Shivakarma exists. We build cloud software for schools, hospitals, businesses and hospitality, and we build it ourselves, in-house, so the people who made your software are the people who stand behind it.
We make you three promises. We will understand how your work really runs before we set anything up. We will treat your information as yours alone, and protect it with the discipline of our international ISO-certified practices. And whatever technology we give you, you will always stay in control of it.
To everyone who has trusted us with real work, thank you. To everyone still deciding, we would welcome the chance to show you your own workflow, working. If we ever fall short, write to us at contact@shivakarma.in. We will listen.

“Trust is the first thing we build, and the last thing we take for granted.”
With care, from the very first day
Dear friends,
Behind every system we build is a person who has trusted us with something precious: years of records, a team’s daily routine, and a reputation built with patience. I hold that trust close. It is the reason I do this work.
My promise to you is simple, and I keep it in four small ways:
We listen first. We take the time to understand how your day truly flows. We handle your records gently. Everything you already have is moved across with care, so you never start from zero.
We teach with patience. Each person is trained for their own role, until they feel at ease. We stay beside you. After you go live, when you need us most, we are still here.
Nothing is perfect from the first day. If something goes wrong, you will hear it from us first, kindly and clearly, along with how we will put it right.
My heartfelt thanks to our customers for their kindness and honesty, and to our wonderful team, whose care shows in every detail. It is a joy to work with you.
With warmth and gratitude,
Ms. Vidya Malve
